Communication Log Tile

Overview

The Communication Log Tile in TEAMS offers a powerful way to view and manage all communication interactions across dashboards in TEAMS, including the Applicant, Application, Student, Enrolment, and Agent Dashboards. The Communication Tile provides a centralised view of all interactions related to a student, agent, or application, allowing you to manage and track communications efficiently.

You will be guided through the process of creating communication logs. Additionally, you will learn how to send emails and SMS to students and agents. This tile makes it easy to keep records organised and accessible.

How to use the Communication Tile

Follow the steps below to manage communication effectively in TEAMS:

  1. Navigate to the appropriate dashboard (Applicant, Student, Agent, etc.).
  2. Locate the Communication Tile.
  3. You will see a list of existing communication logs (Emails, SMS, and Contact Logs).
  4. Each entry displays 3 different icons for different actions

To view the email, SMS or contact log.
It is available for all the log types

It is only available for contact logs.
You can edit your logs by using this icon

It is only available for contact logs.
You can delete your contact log by using this icon

You can send new messages and create logs directly from this tile by using the burger menu (≡), by selecting:

  • Send Email
  • Send SMS
  • Create Contact Log
