In this lesson, you will learn how to use the Communication Tile available on most of the dashboard in TEAMS, including the Applicant, Application, Student, Enrolment, and Agent Dashboards. The Communication Tile provides a centralised view of all interactions related to a student, agent, or application, allowing you to manage and track communications efficiently.
You will be guided through the process of creating communication logs. Additionally, you will learn how to send email and SMS to student and agent. This tile makes it easy to keep records organised and accessible.
Navigate towards the Communication Tile you will see all the existing communications logs under the communication tile. Each log has 3 icons which refers to :-
You can also send Email, SMS and create contact log by selecting the appropriate option from the burger menu.
