New Enquiry

Overview

In this lesson, you will learn how to efficiently track and manage student, agent, or employer enquiries before creating formal applications in TEAMS. By navigating to the New Enquiry screen, this feature allows you to track communication and monitor the progression of discussions with potential students, agents, or employers.

Depending on the type of college, you can choose from three enquiry types:

  • Student: This Option cand be used by all college type.
  • Agent: Primarily used by CRICOS colleges to track potential new agents.
  • Employer: Commonly used by domestic-funded or fee-for-service (FFS) colleges to track potential new employers for staff training.

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to accurately track enquiries and efficiently manage communications in your college’s system.
