New Enquiry

This lesson introduces you to the New Enquiry screen in TEAMS — a feature that allows you to record and manage student, agent, or employer enquiries before they become formal applications. It helps track communication history, follow-ups, and lead progress efficiently.

Depending on the type of college, you can choose from three enquiry types:

  • Student – For all college types. Used to track individual prospective students.

  • Agent – Mainly for CRICOS colleges. Used to manage interest from potential new agents.

  • Employer – Common in domestic-funded or Fee-for-Service (FFS) colleges. Used to track potential business clients for staff training.

Why It’s Important

Using the New Enquiry screen helps you:

  • Stay organised by separating early-stage leads from formal applications.

  • Record communication notes and follow-up tasks.

  • Monitor lead status and improve conversion.
