A dedicated PRISMS icon is available on both the Applicant and Student Dashboard profile tiles. Clicking this icon opens a popup window that consolidates all necessary student information into a single, organised view. The data is categorised into the following sections:

• General Information
• Passport and Visa Information
• Address Details
• OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) Details

This unified screen eliminates the need to navigate across multiple profile tiles, making the CoE creation process faster, more efficient, and error-free.
