Active Interventions

In this lesson, you’ll learn how the Active Interventions alert under the CRICOS tile helps you track students with ongoing intervention plans. These alerts are automatically triggered when an intervention record exists without an outcome, regardless of the start date.

You’ll explore how to:

• Use filters to refine your alert listing.

• Understand why some interventions still appear even when an outcome exists.

• Navigate the listing grid, which displays key enrolment and intervention data

• Export data to CSV

• Perform direct actions like sending emails, SMS, or creating contact logs

• Use the burger menu for bulk actions.
