AS – ST – Program – Document

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to manage Program Documents in TEAMS to support academic compliance, version control, student access, and internal auditing requirements. Program-level documents allow RTOs to centralise TAS documentation, assessment resources, study materials, and program-specific guides in one organised location.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Access the Program Documents screen from the Program menu.
  • Upload new documents, including TAS-related materials, assessment files, study resources, or program information.
  • Add notes, select a document type, and manage version control for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Use the Make Document Public option to share documents with students or external agents.
  • Configure Scope settings (All or Limited Agents) to control visibility for external users.
  • Set an Expiry Date for documents with limited validity, such as intake-specific guides.
  • Mark files as Reference Material and assign a display title for use within TEAMS LMS assessments.
  • Organise documents efficiently using Document Types for clearer grouping and easier navigation.
  • Edit, view, delete, or download documents directly from the Program Documents grid.

By the end of this lesson, you’ll know how to upload, structure, and maintain Program documentation effectively in TEAMS, supporting compliance, improving internal workflows, and ensuring students and agents receive accurate resources.

IMPORTANT: At the end of this lesson, you will need to complete the quiz before moving on to the next Lesson.
