This lesson explains how to create and maintain Subject LMS Pages in TEAMS.
You’ll learn:
- How to access the Subject LMS Pages
- Understand the purpose of a Subject LMS Page and how it presents subject-specific information to students in the Student Portal.
- Set up of key page details, including Page Name, Page Description, and Version, so staff can clearly identify and manage each page over time.
- How to use the Heading block to structure the page and control the title students see on the LMS.
- How to add and configure HTML blocks to display content such as overviews, instructions, formatted text, images, links and embedded media.
- How to insert Download Link blocks to provide learner guides, assessment packs, handbooks and other documents for students to save locally.
- How to add Video Link blocks to embed or link to subject-related videos hosted on approved platforms.
- How to use Declaration blocks where you need students to formally acknowledge they have read and understood specific information.
- Preview the full layout using the eye icon before publishing, to confirm the page displays correctly for students.
- Save and manage Subject LMS Pages from the LMS Page welcome screen, where you can edit or update pages as your subject content changes.
