In this lesson, you’ll learn how to link, organise, and manage fees in TEAMS so they display correctly during enrolment and ensure accurate reporting, billing, and commission processing.

You’ll learn:

  • How TEAMS allows fees to be linked at different levels such as Organisation, Campus, Program, Subject, and Intake.
  • Why it’s important to verify the correct level before linking fees so they appear correctly in the enrolment drop-down lists.
  • How linking the same fee at multiple levels can cause duplicate fee options
  • The importance of using distinct naming conventions for different academic streams
  • Why all fees must be entered as GST exclusive
  • When and why to tick the Pay Commission checkbox
