  • Import employer contact history into TEAMS using the Custom Import feature

  • Understand how contact logs record phone calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups

  • Use the Employer Contact Logs Excel Guide to prepare a valid CSV file

  • Apply mandatory rules for Employer Code, Log Type, and Log Date

  • Ensure Log Types match values configured in User Codes

  • Upload and map Employer Contact Log fields correctly

  • Import contact logs as new transactional records

  • Review success, warning, and error files after import

  • Validate imported contact logs within the Employer record

This lesson ensures employer communication history is accurate, consistent, and ready for employer management and reporting.
