  • Download and use the Employer Details Excel guide

  • Prepare a clean CSV file with correct column headings

  • Understand mandatory and conditional employer fields

  • Apply validation rules for employer codes, names, types, and contact details

  • Upload your CSV and map employer fields correctly

  • Choose how TEAMS should handle new and existing employer records

  • Review success, warning, and error records after import

  • Correct errors and safely re-upload employer data

  • Validate imported employer records within the Employers screen

This lesson supports accurate employer management for work placements, funded enrolments, compliance tracking, reporting, and employer representative management in TEAMS.
