In this Lesson, you will learn:

  • Dashboards in TEAMS act as your central hub for managing student and college operations.
  • Each dashboard displays a set of tiles that summarise data, such as the number of enrolled students or pending applications.
  • You can perform individual or bulk actions directly from list screens using icons or the burger menu.
  • A calendar filter allows users to view data for a specific period such as today, this week, or a custom date range.
  • The Documents tile stores all related files, including system-generated items like offer letters, invoices, and certificates, along with manually uploaded files grouped by Document Type.
  • The Communication tile keeps all contact logs, emails, and SMS messages in one place, providing a complete interaction history.
