Overview of the courses

The TEAMS Basic course introduces users to the essential tools and features that form the foundation of day-to-day operations in TEAMS. It covers everything you need to confidently navigate the system from logging in and understanding data entry screens, to using list screen menus, icons, dashboards, and audit logs.

This course is designed to build familiarity with TEAMS interface and core functions, helping staff work more efficiently, maintain accurate records and perform their tasks with confidence whether you’re new to TEAMS or looking to refresh your skills.

Please note: The lessons in this course should be completed in the given sequence, including quizzes, to ensure you develop your knowledge in a logical and progressive manner.
