ED – Account Managers

In TEAMS, the Enrolment Dashboard provides a streamlined view of all important data related to a specific student enrolment. One of the key elements available on this dashboard is the Account Manager associated with that particular enrolment.

What You Need to Know

  • The Account Manager displayed on the Enrolment Dashboard is specific to the selected enrolment only.
  • This information helps staff quickly identify which team member is managing that particular student’s case or relationship.
  • You cannot edit or change the Account Manager from the Enrolment Dashboard. It is displayed for viewing purposes only.

Reminder:
If you need to update the Account Manager linked to an enrolment, please navigate to the Edit Enrolment screen from the Enrolment Dashboard and make the necessary changes there.
