In this lesson, you will learn how to:
- Used to generate Invoices, Receipts, and other finance docs
- Ensure records are accurate, professional, and compliant
- Locate in Admin Menu → Report Templates → Search “Invoice” or “Payment”
- Click download icon to get the Master Template
- Key templates:
▪ Invoice Template – for billing
▪ Payment Receipt Template – for receipting
- Master includes tables like:
▪ Student Invoice, Agent Total, Payment Schedule, Receipt Totals
- When editing:
▪ Keep merge fields in curly brackets
▪ Don’t change structure or add spaces
▪ Column names can be renamed
- Link templates to the appropriate campus.
- Use email templates to send PDFs via Communication Log
