AVETMISS Dashboard

The AVETMISS Dashboard provides an overview of AVETMISS compliance data for programs, subjects, students, and enrolments. The screen is divided into tiles, each representing key compliance areas with associated missing data that needs to be updated for accurate VET reporting.

Each tile covers a specific category:

• AVETMISS Programs: Lists missing data fields related to program AVETMISS reporting, including items such as missing nominal hours, qualification details, or recognition status.
• AVETMISS Subjects: Highlights missing details for subjects, such as descriptive code, nominal hours, or predominant delivery mode.
• AVETMISS Students: Displays errors in student records, such as missing survey status, incomplete addresses, or USI-related issues.
• AVETMISS Enrolments: Lists missing enrolment data such as training location, overdue results, or delivery modes.

Additionally, the Enrolled Subjects tile tracks errors related to enrolled subjects, such as enrolments without subject dates or results with incorrect delivery modes. Each category presents a number count, allowing users to click and address the errors directly.
