Overview of course
The Student Services – General course provides a comprehensive understanding of managing student and enrolment details within TEAMS. This course focuses on navigating the student dashboard and enrolment dashboard, as well as editing and updating crucial student information. Learn how to manage student details such as addresses, notes, conditions, holidays, next of kin, overseas information, and account managers, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
Please note: The lessons in the curriculum are laid out in a set sequence. Please follow the quizzes and assignments in the sequence that they appear, to ensure a smooth and easy progression through this course.
Outcomes
Once you have successfully completed the course, you should be able to:
- Navigate and utilise the student and enrolment dashboards effectively.
- Edit and update student details, including addresses, notes, and conditions.

Conditions are prerequisites linked to an application or enrolment, such as English language test scores, and are included in offer letters. This lesson will guide you on how to add, manage, and understand the flow of conditions for applicants and students in TEAMS.
