Student Services - General

The student dashboard presents a summarises the student’s history with the college. It features various tiles that enable you to navigate to different screens and access information related to the student.

Edit Student is a feature where you can edit the student details with accurate information. Go through this lesson to have precise knowledge about it.

The Edit Address screen allows modification and adding up the information of addresses. You must have precise knowledge of the fields on this screen.

The note for the student can be added or edited effortlessly. It is a secure action and is stored for future reference. Precise knowledge is a must to use this feature.

Applicant and Student conditions are the prerequisite conditions that the student and applicant have to complete before continuing their study. You must know this feature before using it.

While creating an application, you can apply for holidays at the Applicant level from the Applicant Dashboard with the Add or Edit Holidays option. Similarly, you can apply for holidays at the Student level from the Student Dashboard with the Add or Edit Holidays option.

It is not mandatory in the system to add Next of Kin details for an applicant or student. However, it is highly recommended that you add them if you have this information. 

Based on the student type, you will determine where you enter the Next of Kin details of an applicant or student. 

Adding and editing the overseas information can be done through the applicant and student dashboards. For that, you must go through the lesson to have precise knowledge.

Account Managers are not mandatory to be linked to an Applicant or a Student. However, if you are using this feature in the system then you will need to know how to do this.

You can add or edit the visa details of the applicant from the applicant dashboard. It is not mandatory to link these details with the applicant. However, if you plan to use this system feature, you must know about it.

It is not mandatory to add or edit the English Proficiency details of the Applicant. However, if you plan to use this feature, you will need to know about this.

The enrolment Dashboard gives an overview of a student's current or previous enrolment for a particular program. It is made up of several tiles that you can use to go to various screens and information related to the enrolment.

To edit the enrolment details, you must complete this lesson and have a clear understanding of the process.

It is not mandatory to add or edit the employer's tracking details. However, you must know how to do this if you plan to use this system feature.
