Intervention Overview

This lesson guides you through managing Interventions in the Enrolment Dashboard under the Compliance section in TEAMS. Interventions are a vital compliance tool used to issue formal warnings to students and track required actions or follow-ups. You will learn how to:

  • Access the Intervention Screen
  • Manage interventions for students 
  • Create a New Intervention Record
  • What are the mandatory fields
  • What happens when you select the error icon
