The Marketing section is a core feature of the system. Whether it’s an enquiry, applicant & application/s or how you source your students through third parties like an Education Agent, knowing how it all comes together is vital for being able to setup and use the system. The system and your users will rely on how the Marketing section is setup to function correctly.
Please note: The lessons in the curriculum are laid out in a set sequence. Please follow the quizzes and assignments in the sequence that they appear, to ensure a smooth and easy progression through this course.

Each stage of the lifecycle will link to specific screens, processes and have specific reports linked to a stage. Whether it’s the enquiry, applicant & application or student & enrolment stages, knowing how it all comes together is vital for being able to use the system.

Webforms allow colleges to easily collect and manage student data through their website. These customisable forms can be embedded for online submissions, and once completed, the data is automatically integrated into the student management software. This real-time integration reduces manual data entry and ensures efficient handling of student information.

7Agents Overview
Agents are a third party provider of students who wish to apply to study in Australia. They mainly are used by colleges who enroll international students, however colleges with Australian students only can also use Agents if they use third party providers to send them students.

9Account Managers and tracking performance
Account Managers are a great way for your management to monitor the performance of your Sales & Marketing staff. If you don’t want to do this, you can also use them as Student Counsellors so that you can deliver a more customised service to your students.
